2007 INDYS - 2008 INDYS The INDY Awards The INDY Awards is a one-night film festival celebrating Indiana films & filmmakers. Through this festival, Hoosier audiences get a look at some great films being made in their own backyards and local filmmakers get new and enthusiastic audiences for their films. The schedule for the INDY Awards is changing. From 2009 onward, the festival will be held every other year. The next festival will be held in the Fall of 2010 We are committed to keeping our entry fees low while still awarding substantial prize money to our winners. As an all-volunteer organization, hosting the festival every other year gives us plenty of time for fund raising and organization. Plus, it gives Hoosier filmmakers extra incentive to polish each film for submission! Call for entries for the 2010 festival will be posted this Fall. |
